The sustainable new-build development HNK Alexander in Rotterdam is being transformed into a modern hub, incorporating a communal lounge, co-working spaces, and hospitality facilities.

Leveraging our specialization in urban greening, we are revitalizing three roof terraces with our custom Jungle Blocks. These modular green systems boost biodiversity, improve air quality, and buffer rainwater, seamlessly merging nature and architecture to achieve BREEAM certification.

Construction is already underway, and our green elements are scheduled for installation in the coming months. This project represents a robust collaboration between HNK and its design partners.
